Purpose

This site is a presentation portfolio (projects, blog, team, media). It does not offer checkout, carts, or online payments: these terms govern browsing only and use of interactive features (contact, newsletter, comments).

User conduct

Messages and comments must be lawful and respectful. Content is moderated in the admin panel (comment statuses); the publisher may reject or remove clearly illegal or spam content.

Newsletter

Subscription is optional; anyone may unsubscribe from /unsubscribe-form using the PATCH /unsubscribe flow.

Liability

Information is provided for professional context; the publisher aims for accuracy but does not warrant error-free or uninterrupted service.

Governing law

Disputes about use of the site are subject to the law and courts the publisher normally relies on, unless mandatory consumer rules say otherwise.
